Good questions are the nuts and bolts of journaling.
Hello and welcome! My name is Christie Zimmer and this is my website. Thanks so much for stopping by! Here you'll find my collection of reflective journal prompts and printable guided journal pages.
I believe that journaling is an invaluable tool for creating a life you love. It is a place to nurture and develop your voice, to make more meaningful decisions, to set and pursue priorities that matter to you -- in other words, to engage in the type of purposeful reflection that transforms you into the most effective and most fulfilled version of yourself.
I've found that purposeful reflection starts with good questions.
Lots of them. On every possible subject. With a positive attitude, but also without shying away from difficult or uncomfortable issues.
Good questions are the nuts and bolts of journaling. They lead to understanding, which in turn leads to intentional action that takes into account your unique strengths and circumstances. This is both good news and bad news. The good news is that anyone can enjoy the benefits of journaling. It's quite straightforward, after all. The bad news is that there is no quick fix, no easy three-step solution for creating a life you love. It requires thoughtful inquiry and a willingness to explore and experiment.
Which is where I can help.
If you love the idea of regular journaling and are looking for a variety of engaging resources and lots of encouragement as you journal your way to a life you love, join me on my blog, where I'm always experimenting with new prompts and printables. I've posted a selection of my work over on my printables page for you to try for free.
I also post new prompts on Instagram, and Facebook, and I send out a newsletter with new ideas, updates, and works in progress.
Take a look around. Make yourself comfortable. Choose a prompt or a printable journal page and start writing. If you have any questions, drop me a line. I'd love to hear from you and I'm always happy to chat.
Best wishes and happy journaling,
