I want you to be happy with the journal pages you purchase from my shop, that’s why I’ve provided a wide selection of free printable journal pages throughout my shop for you to try before making a purchase. Additionally, if you have any questions about any of my pages or about my work in general before you make a purchase, I’m always happy to answer them. Click here to contact me anytime.

Because my journal pages are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase via Internet download, I cannot offer refunds after you’ve made your purchase.

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know and I’ll do my very best, on a case by case basis, to work with you to find a solution. Click here to contact me anytime.

Journal Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy:

I understand that despite your best intentions, you might find yourself unable to attend a workshop for which you’ve registered. If that happens, the following refund policy applies:

• If you withdraw from a workshop with more than three days’ (72 hours) notice, I will issue a full refund to you. Click here to contact me if you need to withdraw with more than three days’ (72 hours) notice.

• If you withdraw with less than three days’ (72 hours) notice or do not attend the workshop for which you’ve registered, no refund will be issued.

If I cancel a workshop for any reason, your registration fee will be fully refunded to you.
