Once you click the link, you will have 24 hours to download the files to your computer before the link expires. (But don’t worry! If you forget to download and your link expires, just send me a quick email and I’ll resend your link.)

To print your journal pages:

Open the zip file by double clicking on the file.
Once you’ve opened your zip file, open individual PDF files in your PDF reader. (Adobe Reader is available for free at www.adobe.com .)
Select "File", then select "Print" to print your page and start journaling!
